Produce an individual report (PowerPoint) that presents a detailed strategic analysis of the assigned organisation. The aim is to determine the strategic fit between the firm’s external operating environment and its internal capabilities and resources. This assignment addresses module learning outcomes 1–5.

Format: PowerPoint (.pptx)
Length: 12 slides ±1 (NOT including cover page, table of contents, and references) Research: Use recommended sources introduced in the research workshop plus appropriate supplementary sources. All sources should be current, reliable and valid. Scope: If the firm is multi-business, focus on one specific business unit (choose the one with the most available information).
